These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you,( whether personally or on behalf of an entity) concerning your access to use of the Invest TV (Television) website, as well as other media forms, media channels, mobile websites, and mobile applications related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto Investtv.club. As well as the online marketplace/Ecommerce opportunities provided on this website for the buying/selling of goods, products, and/or services, (such as: music, images, videos, clothing, and all other forms of content that promote and support your own personal brand or any other brands you may represent.). In order to help make the Site a secure environment for the purchase and sell of goods, all users are required to accept and comply with these Terms of Use.
Your channel subscription fee will be due on the 1st or 15th of each month.
We will allow our users to post their content to their channel, as well as being able to sell their merchandise from our “Merch Store”. Also, our users will be able to receive Support/Donations from the public through our Invest TV (Television) platform with our “Connect With Creators”, “Do Business”, “Donate For Ad Space”, and “Investor’s Lounge” campaigns, we do this in attempt to assist in the growth of our users.
When someone “likes” the content on your channel, you will receive $.05 cents per like. 1000 Channel Views = $10. You will receive weekly inventory reports, by email, about how much revenue your channel has generated and who it was that supported your content. Once you reach the threshold of $50 or more, you may then request to have your funds released to you by emailing the Invest TV Bank here: [email protected]
***All Payouts will be via CashApp or by check mailed out to the address you provide.
***All revenue made from merchandise, will be sent to you the following day via CashApp.
GoDaddy Payments has a transaction fee of 2.3% + .30¢ on all transactions.
Invest TV transaction fees for each subscription plan are as follows:
*For the Free “Supporter/Investor” Account:
(Users with our free subscription plan will not receive a Channel of their own. This plan is solely for supporters and investors.)
(Users with our free subscription plan will be allowed to add their merchandise/products to our Invest TV Television “Merch Store” for a sales fee of 20%.)
*For the $5/month Premium Channel Account:
Likes Revenue Fee – 10%
Merch/Service Sales Fee – 10%
Donate For Ad Space Revenue Fee – 15%
Do Business Revenue Fee – 15%
Investment Lounge Revenue Fee – 15%
*For the $10/month Elite Channel Account:
Likes Revenue Fee – Free
Merch/Service Sales Fee – 5%
Donate For Ad Space Revenue Fee – 8%
Do Business Revenue Fee – 8%
Investment Lounge Revenue Fee – 8%
(All users will have their content and merchandise reposted across all of the Invest TV Television social media accounts, to assist in generating more networking, marketing, and promotion for our users, which will result in more supporters, investors, customers, and revenue for our users.)
SPAM ACCOUNTS WILL BE DELETED! All content that you upload onto this Site must be your ORIGINAL work, (original music, original images, original videos, original products to sell), ABSOLUTELY NO STOLEN OR FRAUDULENT CONTENT will be allowed on the Invest TV (Television) website. If you upload any stolen or fraudulent content, or any work that is not your original work, your account will be suspended indefinitely.
You agree that by accessing this Site, you have read, understood, and are in agreement to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using Investtv.club and you must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Term of Use, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change.
